Jason Lichman did a fabulous job in listing and selling our home. He is very knowledgeable of the process and walked us through every step of our listing and selling experience. Starting with the explanation of the process with the sellers disclosures to bringing in a stager to advise you on how to stage the home. The photos were excellent with an interactive walk through that explained the highlights of the property. He paid attention to every detail. We had a full price offer within 3 days of the listing and closed 30 days later. Even after being under contract Jason was still engaged with every detail to make sure we knew what to expect and make sure everything went smoothly. Working with Jason was truly a pleasure. Jason and Kari Lichman are a great team. You can truly trust them to handle your home buying or selling process with the utmost professionalism. They are just good people!
